Prize money for singles winners is set at £3 million with an allocation of 2,000 ranking points. Doubles champions will receive £680,000 per team along with 2,000 points.
Carlos Alcaraz claimed the previous year’s singles title after defeating Novak Djokovic. Harri Heliovaara and Henry Patten won the doubles title in a close match against Max Purcell and Jordan Thompson.
Historically, Roger Federer holds several records at Wimbledon including most singles titles (8) and most match wins (105). Boris Becker remains the youngest champion at age 17 in 1985, while Goran Ivanisevic was the lowest-ranked champion as No. 125 in 2001.
