The 2025 Wimbledon main-draw entry list has been finalized, with the qualifying rounds at Roehampton determining the final 16 spots in the men’s singles category. Initially, Nishesh Basavareddy, ranked No. 101 in the PIF ATP Rankings when the original list was released, narrowly missed direct entry by one spot. However, subsequent withdrawals allowed nine additional players to enter directly, including four Americans.

Among those who secured a place are #NextGenATP star Basavareddy and fellow Americans Christopher Eubanks, Brandon Holt, and Ethan Quinn. Marin Cilic, a finalist in 2017, and former World No. 9 Fabio Fognini also gained entry alongside South Africa’s Lloyd Harris, who used his protected ranking of No. 108.

With these adjustments, Juan Manuel Cerundolo from Argentina became the last player to miss out on direct entry. Ranked No. 109 at the time of the entry list release, Cerundolo was defeated by Luca Van Assche in the first round of qualifying.

Absent from this year’s tournament are Top 30 players Casper Ruud, Arthur Fils, and Sebastian Korda due to injuries. Leading this year’s field will be two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz, seven-time winner Novak Djokovic, and World No. 1 Jannik Sinner. British hopes will be led by World No. 4 Jack Draper. All eight wild cards have been awarded to British players.
